LOVE

The adapted vehicle for our Pushportation Service in this COURSE is LOVE.

Love is the third phase of the journey from Natural to Supernatural, Ordinariness to Extraordinariness, Subjection to Sovereignty, Frailness to Fullness, Limitation to Limitlessness, Ignominy to Renown.

Love is both the nature and language of God. The first Blower was Leave, second CLEAVE and third is LOVE.

LEAVE AND CLEAVE 

Yield fruits only if Love is upheld. God is love. His love is manifests in creation, control, curse, conciliation, and conferment on the man He redeemed from the curse to embody his Image and Likeness (even love).

The definition of all of God’s work is LOVE. From the beginning of Creation when He chose to bring about what would convey His loveliness – the fish in the water, the birds in the air, the beasts and every creeping thing on land and man to take charge of all. Times have not changed God because He is the Beginning and the End as well as Eternity and everything even Time remains under His control for eternity the rebellious schemes of the adversary notwithstanding.

God has ordained man to embody his LOVE. Hence, the privilege He bestowed on man to be in control of the earth. To let creation (creature) see man as the representative of God on earth who has the attributes of God especially Love as would have afforded Adam the capacity to fulfill his obligation in the garden of Eden (to dress it and to keep it: Gen 2:15); that is to make the garden a conducive place for other creatures in order that none would be hurt or suffer loss. Yet, the fall of the system did not change God. He remained mindful of His creation especially man (His image and likeness) to put on a redemption program for him through another embodiment of love - Jesus Christ His only begotten Son. By the unity that marked the Trinity - Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, the earth in its fallen state (by the mischievous works of the devil) was not a distance for Jesus. He surrendered the throne in Heaven and everything He had there to enjoy (even the warm presence of his Father) to come to rescue the man He loved.

            In love, Jesus accomplished His father’s vision and His assignment and the ransomed man - the believer in the finished work and the heir of God from the curse to have again all that would cause him to be the total reflection of God’s love – a person in Christ Jesus who share the heritage of God with Him for the sake of love.

 The first set of people on whom God demonstrated the power of love to save from captivity were thought the way God commanded them to behave. As Moses was instructed by God (the eternal sovereign over His creation), he commanded Israel thus “And you shall love the Lord thy God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength” (Deut 6:5). It is called the greatest commandment and it is valid through times and covenants. Hence, it is represented in Matt 22:37. “Love the lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind”.  It is the same commandment in Mark 12:30-31 and in Luke 10:27. Hence, Love cannot be overemphasized or treated lightly by any man whom God loves so unreservedly to command to ‘love the Lord.’

              The man with the blessing (the seed of Abraham) could have been so encumbered by the challenges of creation in his time to actually love God. The devil would have really weighed him down with the authority of man he still possessed. Yet Pa Abraham demonstrated love for God with just the blessing he was privileged to enjoy. Such feat by him, even Isaac and Jacob in their different generations make it counterproductive for any heir of Salvation to be wanting in demonstrating real love for God – his supposed nature as one in Christ Jesus whose work for Love at the Cross of Calvary has sufficiently equipped for uncommon capabilities. Having been bestowed with power, wisdom, riches, strength, honour, glory, blessing (Rev 5:12), the heir of God has become too loaded with the evidences of the Love of God to love God and all that concerns God: His creation, the kingdom of His dear heir (Jesus Christ), His Word and His person. The adversary that earlier abused the authority he stole from Adam to fight against every good purpose /program of God for man has been rendered defeated and delirious. Both it and the man who is still scorning the offer of God to the world (Jesus Christ) are the challenges of the love climate that God had programmed through His Son. Yet with all that Redemption bestows on the heir of God, he is to love God enough to deploy his inheritance to dress the earth and to keep it (as Adam was mandated to do in the garden) without giving any of them the chance to misbehave as Satan did through the serpent in the garden.

The heir of God ought to love God with everything that defines him and to hate the devil and his works of lovelessness in all its ramifications. God has commanded that He be loved. Jesus has emphasized it and the love of God means total obedience to His commandments without dislocating from safety (like Eve did) to be brainwashed by the adversary into rebellion against the God whose standard of Order stands unshakeable and irrevocable till eternity.

             Note that whatever God presented to the seeds of Abraham (Israel) as the pattern of living/ behavior He approved for them was a demonstration of His love for them. He did not sacrifice His only begotten Son on the Cross of Calvary to raise himself a loose people – compromising lots who cannot fit into the person of Jesus Christ as a tested and proven example.

           The Old Covenant portrays chieftains who enjoyed the Love of God they worked to sustain. God had pleasure in showering Abraham with His Love through the Blessing and every privilege such afforded him. Abraham was under obligation to sustain the love of God in his lineage. Hence, he upheld the covenant relationship he had with God and God could testify of him thus Gen 18:19.

           By God’s manifold love, He changed the world through Jesus Christ and expects the world to remain positively changed by the multitude who would follow the way of Jesus (even His Word) to love God so much to allow the world and the defeated foe to influence him to rebel against the authority of God to his detriment. Note that although God loved Israel so much to send Moses to bring them out of captivity into their possession (Canaan), only those who followed submissively got into their Canaan.

           Those who fell by the way failed to live up to the standard of love that their Patriarch (Jacob) embodied which made God to bestow on him the status of an uncommon nation - Israel.

THE EXPRESSION OF LOVE BY JACOB

A seed of Abraham with just the blessing could live, uphold and embody love so much that the promises of God to him (even to his grandfather and father become a reality in his days).  If he could love, then the heir of God has no excuse. He has to follow the example of Jesus to love – to do whatever is inspired to safeguard the heritage of God from the adversary like Jacob did with the Blessing and Jesus did with his Blood.

        As Jesus had pushed the heir of God out of the limitations that characterized seeds (with only the blessing), PUSH PORTATION SERVICE seeks to make him travel on the same plane with Jacob to connect with the Spirit of Revolution so as to ascend the realm that Jesus occupied to be capable of such exploits that make Him & His co- heir supernatural.

    JACOB followed the path that represented PUSH PORTATION. Concerning the order to LEAVE – he left the path of ‘Canaanitism’ that Esau chose. He cleaved to the path of the Covenant that defined Abraham & Isaac and he LOVED the God of Abraham and fought for the blessing. Hence, as PushPortation brings you the Breathe (of Jesus), quicken into His image & likeness and be able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that Jacob represented to become Israel – the love of God, thus.

  LOVE : THE REALITIES OF JACOB YOU MUST SURPASS

(1)          Acknowledge & Appreciate your Maker - the Creator. Man is a subject of diligent calculation and effort and not a mean product like the beasts he was ordained to control. The fool says ‘there is no God’ and the beast is better than him. He has eternity to spend in the lake of fire with those who do not believe in Jesus as the Scripture says in John 3:16 ‘For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perished but have everlasting life’. Critics of God’s Word are God’s creation that lacked Wisdom because they are estranged from the Word of God even the author of the Word (the Holy Spirit). Hence, it is Wisdom to acknowledge the inalienable truth that God Almighty exists and creation even the earth and its fullness are His works; man - His image and likeness inclusive.

  LOVE -  the nature of God is primarily the attribute of the man who acknowledges the sovereignty of God. The other insensitive & insensible lot is hate-personified who has no good to offer his Maker or His creation. Jacob acknowledged right from early that there was a mysterious personality in the realm of God (even God Almighty) behind the distinctive life of his grandfather Abraham, his father Isaac which made the home he was born into distinctively different from the Canaanites among whom they lived. By his perceptive capability & wisdom, he exercised caution & care to toe the profiting course of his folks.

    While he was yet to be tutored on the Covenant, he inclined to paying attention in order to validate his perception. He got to know indeed that there was God Almighty who chose his amazing folks to showcase His love. In the same vein, Jesus could not be threatened into ceasing to speak about His father (God Almighty): the truth that the Jews did not want to hear or believe.

 Jesus acknowledged His root and appreciated the Almightiness of His father. So, He could not let the people fashioned to attack His mission (of man’s salvation) stand on His ways. He treaded upon them as serpents & scorpions and achieved the Salvation of man who is by the New Covenant His co – heirs. Therefore, make it clear to all that you are a product of God’s Love even the God who chose Jacob for the heir of Isaac before he was formed in his mother’s womb. Note Psalm 49:20 KJB.

You have been wired to reflect a lovely God. So, acknowledge that you are His own - made in Christ good for His purpose.

(2)          Affirm the stand of your father on the Covenant: God had worked hard to make man better than the seed of Abraham with just the blessing, He sent His only begotten son Jesus to come to the earth to shed His blood for man’s ransom (John 3:16). The heir of God is now a total image & likeness of God bestowed every asset for control of creation. Love demands that the heir of God agrees with God that Jesus was a needful sacrificial lamb for his redemption and then reciprocates the Love that God has for him by accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior. Then, he would access the whole heritage of God enumerated in Rev 5:12 to have enough momentum to wield control over creation. Note what made Jacob peculiar compared to his brother. He aligned with the same Covenant that distinguished his grandfather. He fought through barriers and hurdles to acquire the Blessing with which to safeguard the heritage of God committed to Abraham and his lineage.

Blessed Jacob found no fault with what his grandfather and father valued immensely. Hence, he loved them and loved their God and fought to have that same God to himself by the blessing (even the first born position) that Esau did not value to discipline himself to deserve. So, Love is embracing Jesus and applauding God for the perfect gift that Jesus represents that has made the heir of God an embodiment of an eternal Covenant with inexhaustible benefits even life eternal.

(3)          Align with the Wise: Love is the attribute of the fellow who refuses to follow the fool the treat the Word of God cheaply and trivially. Psalms 138: 2 represent God’s value for His Word thus: “for thou hast magnified thy Word above all thy name”. Proverbs 19: 21 has this “it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails’. Where the purpose of God is expressed, it is His Word which nothing can fault and make erroneous.

The Word of God is a conveyor of the Wisdom of God and those who have value for His Word reflect both Wisdom and Love for God. They love God so they are interested in what He says per time on every occasion so that they will align in order to experience His Love. Jesus is the Wisdom of God (1Cor 1: 30) and those in love with God align with Him to hear Him so that they can have light in their path and a lamp to their feet (Psalms 119: 105). Hence, walk to glorify God as His heir who got his transformation by the love of God.

Note that Jacob prevailed in his bid to inherit his father’s Blessing because he aligned with the wise (his mother). Ma Rebecca was God’s confidant concerning His agenda for Jacob. She got God’s word and Jacob was at advantage having made the wise choice to align with her. Hence, the heir of God must manifest himself as a product of Love and love-personified by aligning with only the wise. Those who know the Word of God are not influenceable by the adversary who hates the Word and put it out of context to confuse and mislead the simple. Love like God who has not withheld His Word from the world – the people whom He cares to make His loveliness obvious to. Love the wise even the Word of God which they share generously.

(4)          Adhere to the instructions of the wise: All-knowing God instructed His son Jesus to come to the wicked world to save mankind. Jesus who knew the inhabitable state of the earth where Satan was in charge did not dare to contradict His father. He took the risk of His life to come into the midst of loveless people who were being buffeted by Satan - the enemy of God and His purpose. For the love that Jesus embodied towards God and his man (who has fallen), He adhered to God’s instruction. The pains He knew on earth notwithstanding, He followed THE COURSE OF DIVINE INSTRUCTION UNTIL He hung on the Cross with the sins and sicknesses of the man (1 Pt 2:23-24, Isa 53:4) He came to save.

Jacob was also an adherent to instructions. Whatever his mother asked him to do he did without wavering. He even fled home to Haran (without anything to keep him) away from the home that had everything he needed for a comfortable life even his loving mother. He loved his mother so much to kick against her instructions and he was not proved wrong. He loved his mother who loved God with all her might and wanted only the purpose of God for her household. The capacity to adhere to instructions, whether directly from God or His servant is LOVE. So, love God by adhering to divine instructions that would bring about the advancement of God’s good purpose for mankind.

(5)          Assist to keep & develop the home (the family of God): God has confidence in His heirs -that they would deploy their strengths to keep His inheritance safe. Yes, the heir should be interested and concerned in protecting what belongs to His father even his inheritance. He should be mindful of wading off the adversary so that he would not steal, kill or destroy what he would inherit.

The household of faith (God’s heritage) is the adversary’s focus. His interest is to scatter what God builds and God’s heir has received all he needs to serve as the security officer over God’s heritage. That is the proof of his Love for God.

In the household of Abraham – where God deposited His riches, Jacob did an exemplary work. The Canaanites were interested in invading the Covenant household to feast on God’s heritage. Jacob stood his ground to keep off the Canaanites. Hence, he preserved his inheritance which became the strength of Israel he brought forth.

The church of God is under the attack of the foe that is using diverse measures to contradict divine purpose. Every heir of God must be at work to keep off the adversary from the household of faith/church so that the purpose of Calvary would be realized through a steady saturation of the world with the Good News. Such is love for God.
